MY WHY
I often get asked why I became the go-to specialist in helping lads who aren't seeing the results they feel they deserve finally achieve them jaw dropping results and find their direction with their training once again.
The answer is simple: this is what I always needed, and I wanted to be able to provide that.
Growing into my own journey was great, I saw some good progress and life felt amazing. But then the results slowed down, and no matter how much more effort I put it there never seemed to be a solution.
It took me many years, PT's and a lot of money to find the solution. So now my aim is to provide that solution for every lad experiencing the same. We are all for improving our moods, productivity and so forth, but the results are key here. That's the number one priority.
Since becoming the coach I always needed, we have coached 300+ people to do the exact same.
